The service
BoardingCash is a document-generation service. We verify flight disruptions against official data, assess eligibility under EU Regulation 261/2004 and the Israeli Aviation Services Law (2012), and generate a demand letter and supporting evidence for you to send to the airline yourself.
Not a law firm
BoardingCash does not provide legal advice and is not a law firm or claims agent. The generated documents are informational and are not a guarantee of any outcome. For complex cases, consult a qualified lawyer.
Eligibility assessment
Eligibility and compensation estimates are based on the flight and passenger information you provide and on official flight, weather, and legal-rules data available to us at the time of assessment. We block claims we cannot verify against official records rather than guess.
Payment
The one-time fee is charged only once your file is complete and you choose to generate it. Payments are processed by Stripe. Because the file is generated immediately after payment, purchases are final once generation begins.
Limitation of liability
BoardingCash is provided as-is. We are not responsible for an airline's response, non-response, or for any outcome of a claim submitted using a BoardingCash-generated file.
